為增加粉絲團討論人氣及遊戲的趣味性，本季將進行職業聯盟的選秀活動試辦，歡迎大家踴躍參加，並希望有意願參加者按個讚讓我初估一下可能參加的人數，並請仔細看過相關規則，以免造成球員及球隊雙方的不便；本活動為非官方活動，有問題請在本文回應或直接私訊我本人。

To popularize the fan page and add some "fun elements" into the game, therefore the "Trial" Draft will be held in this season. I hope everybody who fits the following statements to participate and please "like" the post so that I can make a preliminary estimate of number of players who will attend. By the way, this event is "Non-official" event. If you have any problems, please reply in this post or personal message to me.

活動對象：評價已達C+並從未加入職業球隊或僅加入過CPU的職業球隊的球員方可報名。

Object: The player's rating is C+ or above and hasn't played for Pro-league team or only played for Pro-league CPU team.

活動時間：每季D27至D33，選秀LIVE會再公布。

The period of event: From D27 to D33 every season. About Draft LIVE, Draft Group will notify.

參與球隊：

This followings Pro-league team will participate in the event(at least):

一、參與選秀各隊根據戰績，最少一輪最多兩輪機會，由戰績較差之球隊依序選擇球員，相同戰績續比例行賽勝分

1. According to the regular season's record, every participating team at least will have one round pick, at most two round pick. The draft order is based on which team has worse record of regular season, if they are the same then compare with net win scores, The worst team will get the 1st pick.

二、選秀流程圖，

(D27)選秀報名----->(D33)報名截止----->D35-39選秀

2. The timetable of Draft:

(D27) registration of the draft -----> (D33) Deadline -----> D35-39 Owners announced favor player list.

三、球隊農場及合約部分

第一輪入選之球員需簽訂一紙兩季約，第一季可去農場或P盟，第二季球員必直升P盟。第二輪球員為一季約，可去農場或P盟，季末則有兩種選項，如直升P盟，主球隊優先；如果不能直升P盟或主球隊想農場續約，球員意願為優先(選秀合約皆包含農場培訓)，非有下列情況不得隨意買斷

(一)球員停止訓練未經報備三天以上。

(二)球員經交易轉隊。

(三)球員做出有損球隊之事，經勸導未有改善。例如在比賽前把體力用盡，增加球隊老闆及教練的困擾。

3. About Development team and contract in Pro-League team

The first-round-pick player must accept two-season contract(1.two seasons in Pro league, or one season in developement team of the owner and one season in Pro )

The two-round-pick player can accept one-season contract(one season in Pro team, or one season in the development team of the owner). On the end of the contract, owner has two choice: 1. let the two-round-pick player go to his Pro team, 2.if the owner want to keep the two-round-pick player in his develpoement team, the owner must has an agreement with the player. If the two-round-pick player reject to stay in the D league one more season, he can search any contract from any team.

It can not buy out at will expect the following conditions.

(1) The player who stops training three day or above without informing the coach or the owner.

(2) To transfer by trading.(the two teams agree with a deal about the player)

(3) The player “does” make something damage to the team after he had been advised. Such as running out of the energy before game, which would be let owner(coach) felt tough.

四、球員合同到期時，球員rating已達B+，即可適用 QO(Qualifying Offer)，當球隊向球員提出續約遭到球員拒絕，並與其他球隊簽約，即獲得該隊下一季2nd選秀權；但該球員若為母隊Top Threats，則獲得該隊第一輪選秀權；但該球隊為聯盟戰績前兩差者，僅喪失第二輪選秀權。

4. The player fits the QO(Qualifying Offer) when his contract is expired and rating was reached B+. The player turn down the re-sign contract with the former team and accept another offer, the former team will get the second round draft pick, which team signed the player. If the player is the top threat of former team, the former team will get the first round pick, except the two worst regular season records’ teams. In this situation, the former team will get the second round pick.

五、五、選秀權可做交易，但有以下幾點限制
(一)至少需包含一名球員或一個選秀權。
(二)不可連續兩季都把第一輪選秀權交易出去，但擁有其他球隊的選秀權則不在此限。
例:當球隊已將S20的第一輪選秀權交易出去時，球隊不得交易S21的第一輪選秀權；但當球隊從他隊取得S20的第一輪選秀權時，S21仍可進行交易。
(三)只可交易五季內的選秀權。
　　 例:S20選秀會前，只可進行最多至S24的選秀權交易，而S20選秀會至S21選秀會前則可進行S25的選秀權交易。

5. The Draft pick is tradable, it needs contain one player or one draft pick. PS. Can not trade first-round-pick over two continuing season.

六、球員及老闆須知

(一)續約時球員薪資請老闆和球員進行合理的協商，不可為轉隊漫天開價。

(二)將增設球員及老闆的流言風聲區，本區將採取新聞標題的方式進行，球員可透過本區放出轉隊的風聲，球隊也可以對球員表示興趣，期望可以讓遊戲更符合真實，也可藉由此區表達意見以避免球隊和球員亂搞。

(三)QO規則有能鑽漏洞的部分，目前暫不針對這個部分訂定細項規定，本活動由於為非官方活動，希望透過球隊及球員自律以達到活動的目的。

6. Players and Owners notice

(1) To be reasonable negotiate between owner and player when renewal the contract. Do not ask an exorbitant price for switching team.

(2) Here will be added rumors forums for players and the boss, which news headlines coulid be presented, therefore players can disclose to public about be a FA. On the other hand, the owners can expressed interest about some players. It can expect to make the game more realities.

(3) The QO clause have loopholes, now I don’t revise for this part temporarily. Hoping the teams and players self-discipline in order to achieve the purpose of the activity.
